At Birds of Paradise, we want you to be completely enamored with your new wardrobe additions. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your eco-friendly mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
